Manual Handling Kit
ESR UK has designed and manufactured a wide selection of manual handling kit for use onshore & offshore, focusing on making them safe for extensive use. All supplied with 3rd party NDT & Load Test certification and painted to 3 coat marine coating spec.
Spanning Beams
ESR UK has a variety of spanning beams available on short lead times, ranging from 500kg to 3Te SWL’s and 1m to 2.5m in length. Other SWL’s / lengths available on request
Primarily used offshore as a certified lift point over a opening when supported each end by a beam, this then allows for a rigging arrangement to be fitted as required
Each beam is fitted with handles at each end for hand lifting and an anti-slip base for improved safety.
Deck Baskets
ESR UK have designed & manufactured a wide variety of deck baskets for clients over the years. We manufacture each basket to our clients exact needs, whether that means solid sides, drop door(s) or internal mountings for equipment for example.
Typically these baskets are used for moving materials such as scaffolding, tools etc between decks or loading pallets of ship goods through decks of vessels
Recent examples of baskets have range from 1Te to 5Te and footprints of up to 4m x 1m.
Baskets are typically designed & manufactured to ISO 10855.
Deck Trollies
ESR UK has designed & manufactured a wide variety of deck trollies for clients over the years. Typical sizes include 1220 x 610mm, 1500 x 800mm & 2000 x 1000, with SWL’s up to 10Te.
Trollies can be supplied either with turntables or swivel castors for steering, along with lift points each end to allow for pulling. Trollies are supplied with heavy duty wheels suitable for offshore, or can be amended to suit client requirements such as stainless or high temperature.
