We can also run client or job specific weld procedures if required for more complex scopes of work

Structural Fabrication

ESR UK currently has approved weld procedures allowing us to cover full penetration welding up to 50mm thick in carbon steel, 10mm thick in stainless steel & 20mm thick in aluminium. This allows us to cover a wide range of client requirements across Oil & Gas, Subsea, Renewables & Food & Drink. We can also go onsite to carry out any structural fabrication or repairs, supported with the relevant RAMS & work instructions

Piping Fabrication

ESR UK has a variety of qualified weld procedures to ASME IX that we can apply to our clients requirements. Example include

Carbon Steel TIG 6G - up to 11.08mm thick
Carbon Steel TIG / FCAW 6G - up to 28.5mm thick
Carbon Steel TIG / SMAW 6G - up to 28.5mm thick
Stainless TIG 6G - up to 7.82mm thick
Cunifer TIG 6G - up to 5mm thk

Spools can also be laser surveyed using MLTech software prior to shipping to ensure they are within acceptable tolerances, giving our clients & 3rd party inspectors confidence on a first time fit.

We can also go onsite to fabricate, fit & fit pipework as required, along with dealing with the relevant RAMS, Work Instructions etc
